Her mother is Future Executive Senior Sales Director Cathleen Woodbridge who has been in Mary Kay since Michaela was 5 years old. In December 2009 Michaela made a decision to work her MK as a serious business and not a hobby and amazing things began to happen. 5 months later she earned her first FREE car and the following month became a Sales Director.
